how old is she? and how long ago was blood work?
there are other things that affect the spine as well so maybe have an xray done to check out her spine or wait and see if it happens again
if it happens again then maybe do testing if she is acting fine but keep an eye on her as it takes alot of pain for them to cry out as they are the masters of hiding pain
so she must have been in a lot of it. The prayer position could mean digestive and they can still get constipated on their kibble - some people do dry in am and wet in pm so you may want to try that out if you think it could be that
