I would make sure she is fed well...do not allow her to go without food for more then a couple hours...repeated spells of hypoglycemia can cause brain damage and it drains the tiny pups resources...try to prevent it. I would not let her go to a new home until she was at least 6 months and bile acid test could be done with assurance she does not have liver shunt.

I would hope by a full pound she will be more stable, but that is iffy...age is your best friend with a puppy like this...others will post lots of good advise.
I would feed her whatever she will eat..chicken, beef, cheese, high quality canned food and dry..Nutracal several times daily. Good Luck
