Jax use to shake a little bit on & off too. Lots of times in the early morning after getting out of a warm bed so it was probably shivering but he's also a big bundle of nerves so he would shake when he was getting stressed over something. He has grown out of it now.
But do keep an eye on him & make sure he is eating.
