Wow . Are you babysitting for a friend of yours or ? This sounds like an infection and seriously needs to be seen by a vet asap, in my opinion. If she is breaking the skin, or close to that...she could develop staph, if she doesn't already have it. Also, this could be fungal, or other parasites. So sorry this little baby is going through this...
