I'm right there with you sister! I have been doing a combination of the atkins diet and going to the gym 3-4 times a week. I don't care what diet you do, going to the gym makes all the difference in the world! I have been on it for about 5 weeks, and I have lost 20 lbs! It feels so good when the people you work with are constantly letting you know how good you look... not to mention my hubby being unusually affectionate all of the time now lol! I don't know how much you want to lose, but counting carbs is a great way to go, as you don't have to worry about starving yourself, and there are so many great low-carb recepies out there now, I have been cooking chicken, shrimp scampi, salmon, cinnimon mini-muffins... OMG and it's all so good! Anyway, you can lose up to 1 lb per day (with exercise) and you look and feel great! Good luck you the OP, and to everyone on here that's working hard to look good in their bathing suits this summer! The trick is once you lose it, to keep it off!
