Google Yorkie Rescues and see if you can come up with one that isn't too far from you. I know that specific rescues for Yorkies have lots for adoption. Have you checked out Petfinder.com? You do need to be careful, though, that you are dealing with a legitimate rescue. Puppy mills have been known to pose as a rescue on Petfinder to get rid of their unwanted Yorkies.

Make sure that a puppy you adopt has its vaccinations, spayed/neutered, and has had a dental.
Just checked Petfinder. There's a couple Yorkie mixes up for adoption in your state. You will also find Yorkies from VA, WV, and PA. I'm not sure how far those places are from you, but you might want to give them a try. ~Joanne~
