I'm talking about someone breeding biewers and buying a limited registration parti or parti carrier to breed more biewers. It's done all the time. The question was why would a limited registration parti carrier be expensive, and I'm trying to explain why. The limited registration doesn't protect the dogs because Biewer breeders are not registering with the AKC.
