At 130, you have a big girl there. Mine is 125. When he was younger I kept him at around 118 until he hit 7 and became a bit less active. Then I switched him to Sr. Large Breed after he hit 130. Now he looks great at 125. He comes from Colosseum Shadows. Could not have asked for a better Dog.
You are correct, he would love to be a lap dog. He is super smart, but also he will sometimes test you. You can almost hear his mind working.
In the wrong hands, yes, very aggressive and dominant. The Yorkie is the Alpha dog. Amazing. Amazing also on how gentle they can be. Mine is great with the elderly, as he knows not to get close, or to push into them. Same with kids and females. I believe I am the only one he will play rough with, but one time a friend was over and playfully slapped me on the back.... Good thing Carlo is trained to obey as he did not have his friendly face on.
