I love Mastiffs. my Yorkie Sophie Kate goes to Daycare 2 days a week where the owner has a Bull Mastiff named Apollo. Poor sweet Apollo has a problem with his hips and doesn't move much, well Sophie Kate has become his best friend and caretaker. She will sit on the couch behind him and snarls at any dog that comes near him, throwing in an kiss for old Apollo every once in awhile.
The Daycare owner is very careful with the size difference, if Apollo happens to get up (which isn't often), she will make sure Sophie Kate is up and in her arms so she does not get stepped on by accident.
