is it the one I posted ? if so - I'm going to attach the screen shot and step you thru it
open the program - at the top you'll see
work with ONE file and
MULTIPLE FILES - if you only want one pic sized - Click
ONE FILE
Click
LOAD PICTURE and go find the photo you want sized on your computer - just click OPEN and your picture will show in that line
Choose a size - I manually type in 600 x 400 where it says CUSTOM SIZE...but you can choose from the sizes posted (25% - 50% etc) just click one -
make JPEG is clicked
the instructions make it look harder than it is - once you do it - you'll be going DUH !
Then Click SAVE PICTURE
