Rules are rules. I hate to sound harsh, but blind or not, if your apartment complex rules state that a dog must be on a leash when walked, then that's that. I'm glad that you reported it to the office there. If it happens again she shouldn't be allowed to have her animal there anymore. Could you imagine what might have happened to your little baby because someone else thinks they can break the rules? |
