Yeah, i had some problems like this but mine live 3 houses down. They are huge police dogs (can't think of the name). One of them attacked Ella a few months back and now i'm terrified to walk that way w/ her. It makes me so mad when someone's animal will attack another person's animal and the owner will not say sorry or even acknowledge that their pet has hurt another. Since she's blind she obviously couldn't see what her dog was doing but that does not justify her husband not saying anything. Sorry for the long comment, this topic sets me off b/c i've went through it too. =]
