So I just took Jasper outside to potty and walk around in the front yard area of our apartment complex. My neighbor a couple doors down has a seeing eye dog. So I had Japser out on his leash getting some fresh air and I guess her dog had to potty too so she just opened her door and let her dog out. Well, being that its a service dog I figured it was nice so I didn't panic but just started to walk Jasper the other way and the dog saw him and started growling and barking and lunged at him!!! This dog is a like 60lb dog at least and little Jasper is a 4lb puppy!!! I couldn't believe it! So then she hears the commotion and yells for her dog to come inside and her husband (who can see just fine) looks out too. Not one of them even said a simple sorry or anything! I got in trouble a few months ago when I had Jasper out in the yard without a leash and she does it all the time!!!!
Uhhh!!! Sorry, I just had to vent!!!! I hope this doesn't become an ongoing problem when it starts to get nice outside! So I called the apartment manager and complained so at least there was something on file in case this happens again.
