It sounds like a horrible accident and while I don't have advise....I just want to say how sorry I am.
I'm glad you forgave your husband - if he's like my husband was....he's probably just as upset and blaming himself
we almost had a similar thing happen with his medication once ....I know how lucky my Chanel was - she never got it in her mouth because I was right there when it fell
