Joey got sick on the way home too, we had a long drive, and he almost made it all the way, but we went over a couple of big bumps and he barfed! The early weeks they do spend a lot of time sleeping, but he should start eating by tomorrow. Sometimes shaking can mean low blood sugar, if they have not had food for a while or there is a lot of stress. Many breeders recommend rubbing a little Karo syrup on their gums if they start shaking. Here is a link to symptoms of hypoglycemia. It's common the first 6 month, and it's treatable, but dangerous if you ignore it. They can also shake because they are cold. Best of luck!
