I never said anyone was rude but comments like those in posts #4, 6 and 8 were not very nice in my opinion and could have been worded differently so as not to come across so harshly.

And come on...you KNOW I don't "think it's okay to breed tinies" and I am tired of having to correct people who continue to state this. I have said over and over again that I would not breed any of my babies because the risk is too great regardless of size...I just wouldn't risk losing one of them, that's all. But, I have nothing gainst the breeders who make this choice despite the risk.

The other thing I have said repeatedly is that I know there are breeders who successfully breed yorkie females who are under 5 pounds including some vets, and I have never seen any imperical or scientific studies or data to support the mantra that so many chant on here about how "unhealthy it is to breed a tiny" and I just refuse to participate in the breeder basher that goes on in this area.

I have found in my own research several quotes from reproductive specialists who seem to disagree that it is any more dangerous to breed a 3 lb yorkie than a 5 lb yorkie, but I have never said "it is okay to breed a tiny". I leave those decisions and judgments up to those who know.
