Speaking as a new member and first time yorkie mom, sometimes our dogs do peculiar things. Sometimes I feel my Nikko is possessed or just plain abnormal because of the things he does. Then I come here and post my concern and people are gracious enough to respond and I learn that other dogs are doing the exact same thing and that it is normal and I shouldn't worry. It is comforting and its nice to hear from people who have been blessed to share their lives with their dogs for years and have the wisdom of experience. Although at times it may seem that the same topics are being discussed, I always look forward to new perspectives and advice, no matter how many times the subject is covered. If I feel I can contribute even the slightest bit of information to put someone else at ease, I am more than willing and eager to share it. Its a shame that people have become so cynical that even responding to another person's questions annoys them.
