Sorry for the loss of your first puppy and sorry your second one
already has problems. The testicle is really not a big problem
but I certainly would be worried about other genitic problems
that may show up later. Dosen't sound like a very dedicated
breeder.
My grandpup, Harley as a pup had the testie surgery when he was
a pup. He also only had one testie. He was purchased from a pet
store. This happens and the correction surgery fixes it.
Will the breeder pay for the surgery?
