She is eating very little... she will only eat a few kibble and then I give her some baby food, so maybe this is part of the problem.

The Anesthesia wreaks havoc on there little bodies, and with not much going in there is not much to come out. Since there was a biopsy involved I would call the Vet and see what they say before doing anything. Keeping that in mind I also would not freak out that she has not gone yet it has only been two days. The first time I took Milo into the NYC (we live in the burbs) it took him two days just to get used to no grass before he pooped. Good Luck try not to worry
