My babies stay inside most of the time. I keep them in a pen in the house with their potty pad.. However, they still make an oops on the occassion and they are a little over 2 years old. Georgia goes into another room sometimes and does her business because her babies and nest are in the pen, and I just chalk it up to the fact that she doesn't want to mark near it. Then sometimes she does use the potty pad in the pen, it is so frustrating I understand!!!! My boy will use the pad and then he sometimes "forgets" in the house on some spots he has marked before.
Hang in there. Perhaps the smells where they "forget" is not eliminated enough.
Either way, yorkies are difficult to house train sometime. Good Luck!
