This question is asked ALL the time..there is a difference. The Tri Yorkie/Party can be marked any which way, as long as it has 2 or more colors it's considered a Tri/Party Yorkie. The Biewer has a standard that calls for 3 markings specifically. They must have 4 white legs, all white belly, white tip on tail, the head must have all 3 colors symetrically.
