Cry I'm pretty upset right now........could use some help!

So i'm supposed to be getting my puppy Armani on Friday(he's 4 months old) and the breeder JUST told me he only has on testicle. And so I looked that up online and it was saying that dogs with one testicle have to have surgery to remove it because they can turn cancerous and that it's a genetic defect and can also cause other health problems like hernia's and so on...I'm SO upset because I just wanted a healthy puppy THATS ALL! I bought a puppy from her 3 years ago and he passed away shortly after and he was sick the day i got him so this is my "replacement puppy" I waited 3 years to get a new puppy because it hurt so bad to loose my Kurbee and I feel like it's going to happen all over again! Does anyone have a dog with this issue or know anything about it? I might just be overreacting but I don't want to go threw any of this again!
