Buster is grade 4 in both legs. However, he gets around really good. He hardly carries either leg. He goes for walks almost every day. He does jump off of furniture if I can't get to him. I think he knows his limits. My vet is against doing surgery until his quality of life is affected. For now, his quality of life is still good. He does take supplements for the LP.
