If it is a food allergy the Orasone would still work on your little one. So in essence, it is masking the trigger of the allergic reaction. So you still need to find out if the food is the issue.

steroids nor atopica work for food allergies they are strictly for environmental allergy so if the dog stops itching on these two drugs it is not food allergy and food allergy is only 10% of the time anyway and environmental is 90% of the time
