If it is a food allergy the Orasone would still work on your little one. So in essence, it is masking the trigger of the allergic reaction. So you still need to find out if the food is the issue.

Sweet Potato and venison, I also add to that Wellness sweet potato and venson but am weaning her off that to just do the sweet potato and venison.
I believe that she is allergic to brown rice. When I had her on predisone she was still itching, I had her on .25mg twice a day, I was sharing my predisone with her as prescribed by her vet. The allergist/derm vet put her on the orasone.
She has also had injections of steroids that only worked for a week.
