 Dog whines constantly only when around other dogs
I have a male yorkie, he is a little over a year old, he is not neutered and he whines constantly when around other dogs, and we cant get him to stop, it makes it unpleasant to take him anywhere with us that there is another dog, because he whines the whole time. does anyone have some advice on how to correct this? will getting him neutered stop this? any advice would be helpful. thanks |
