So excited for you!!!! She should be fine with a sweater outside if it's not for very long. How old is she??? Don't know what your expectations are on potty training but it takes lots of time and patience
Lots of info on here about it too!!! I have heard that dogs, especially smaller breeds, cannot hold or have full control of their bladder until they are at least six months old...Please post pics when you get her!!!! Can't wait to see!!
