i have my boys walk rocky with a harness just so he can;t get an injury but i use a fancy collar when i have him out walking. i always have him on the leash. he can fit thorugh the pickets on my fence! he's 5 months and 3 lbs 5 oz. my friends bishon who is 8 pounds also got through my white picket fence so be careful even with the fences
