My suggestion is: If your sure your going to "keep" her than don't worry about fur/ears phyical stuff. You need to tend to her health first & formost as she is SO very little. If the phyical stuff is more important & you have questions, then I'd return her now than later.
Wondering why you chose the smallest if you felt she didn't look like a yorkie?
