Mary and Bonny, placing these babies is always difficult for me. You can become adept at whelping and raising babies, but every home you consider is always a unique situation. It seems to get harder with each one....but it's very rewarding to place a baby where you're confident they'll have a good life. |
I agree 100%! I am always heartbroken to see them go, but knowing I have done all I could to place them in the best of homes eases my heart, a little. Taking the time to place them with the right families is priceless!
