Well I did the witch hazel on the cotton ball. Teddy did not really like that too much but he did allow me to do it. I've been doing it to clean him up after he poops. Last night I gave him some cooked sweet potatoes to add some fiber in and I am happy to report that his stool was normal. He did strain some to go but he was fine right after. I put some ointment on his bum.

we are only on day 2 of the albion but things seem to be improving. Thanks to all who responded, it really helped me to keep my focus on Teddy's health rather than perseverate on the petsitter's incompetence.

Now Teddy, Barney and I can go back to finishing our shopping for the GE for our Secret Buddies!
