Jean, the situation you laid out is the type of thing that concerns me. Nancy had a good suggestion about putting her in the will, but what if the will isn't read until it's too late?
These folks don't live in a retirement community. They have their own house and walked their little girl daily so (apparently) are active people. Your example would hold true, though, no matter where they live. |
