Yes, M'sia is Malaysia. I'm sure surgeons/vets in M'sia have proper educations required in this field.
The surgeon has good educations background, he graduated in a university in London (I checked before I handed Sugar). The funny thing was... I thought sending her to an animal hospital is better than animal clinic, I was so wrong, I should just stick to the vet who attended to my cat previously
I wouldn't allow THIS vet to touch my furbaby again, not a chance!
