Your location says M'sia, is that Malaysia? If it is, then I'm assuming their (vet) techniques are not up to date. Maybe you can find a new vet that's had the proper continued schooling...IDK how you would go about doing that. Sorry, I'm no help, but I sure will keep Sugar in my thoughts & prayers & send well wishes & speedy recovery.
