Oh my - those photos are simply awful!! Poor thing must have hurt horribly. No adhesive bandages every used around here that I've ever heard of. Using the e-collar is enough if they lick at them.
On another note - please get some organize, extra virgin coconut oil - you can use it on the area and it will help heal it naturally. If she licks at it once it's on, there is no concern as it is good for them to have internally as well.
