Our 1 year old yorkie's stomach is sore to the touch and he's making these whimpering/labored noises when he is just standing still, sitting on our laps, and when we touch his stomach. (Hard to describe the noises, but it's like this: urm, urm.). He's not making the noises continuously though, every once in a while...

He swallowed the end of his bully stick 2 days ago and we're worried that this might be bothering his stomach. Maybe even stuck there or something. But he's still eating fine (maybe a little less than normal) and he's pooping fine. And he has the same energy level as before, playing and hanging out.

Does anyone have an idea as to what might be going on? Has anyone had a dog swallow the end of his bully stick before?
