Monday I am going to go and look at a yorkie. He is 18 months old, housebroke, all shots, on heart worm preventive, AKC, weighs about 4 pounds

Is there anything I should ask his previous owners about him before I buy him?
I am going to ask for his vet records (because I have other dogs and I do not want them to catch anything)
