My suggestion would be, since you are interested in acquiring a dog that you want to use for breeding purposes, would be to quit focusing your search on finding a "cheap dog."  If anyone is selling a dog super cheap, then likely there are a lot of crucial corners being cut in the care of the dog while with the breeder.  In other words, probably not the kind of person you'd want to get the dog from.   
I would suggest, if you are interested in breeding RESPONSIBLY in the future, you do your research and educate yourself on the process BEFORE you actually acquire a dog.  Find a breeding mentor to work with FIRST.  That way, you will be able to make a more informed, educated decision when you are actually trying to select you foundation stock.     |
