The only reason we went to their horrible vet was so everything would be covered and it wasn't. I hate to think if we went elsewhere, maybe our puppy would still be with us.
His brother is doing well for now and we are hoping for a full recovery, past two fecal exams showed no more parasites.
They are basically blaming us for the death of the puppy which is absolutely outrageous. He was diagnosed within 4 days of purchase (per their contract and state law) with the URI and parasites. |
Sounds as if they are blaming you. I would file a civil suit against them. It won't be as expensive, and you can represent yourself. Arm yourself with all the evidence!
