Most breeders do not recommend feeding a puppy food to a bitch while she's pregnant. It has been found to contribute to the development of eclampsia in postpartum. It sounds like you have alot of studying to do before your gal is due. I would suggest starting with Canine Reproduction and Whelping by Myra Savant Harris. It will explain why adding calcium to your girl's diet too soon can be dangerous for her later on.
