There are reports of bones causing this. Generally it is probably the bones that people give that are on the "no" list (like recreational bones for larger dogs or whatever), but really anything sharp going in could cause a problem. I have even heard of dogs needing enemas and being in pain because of bone consumption.
Yeah too much bone or bone meal will stop them up
