I have recently been on holidays. Some of my yorkies stayed with relatives and unfortunately some of them had to go to a boarding kennel. One that was in the boarding kennel came home with diarrhea and it is now starting to affect them all, one by one. I know it is nothing serious, it runs its course in a couple of days, it is just annoying. My question is, I know that you have to wait a while to let the toxins pass from their systems before giving medication, but how long should I wait before I give Immodium. (diarrhea is not bloody or mucousy, just really watery) Thanks for any input.
