Default If I wouldve been taking a test

on how to take care of a yorkie, I wouldve gotten an F.
I took Holly to the vet for the ear issue and found out I HAVE to take care of the food situation. (She eats the cats food, not hers). Put the catfood up where Holly cant get it. This cause some consternation in cat land for a bit (kind of like when you erase the line in a line of ants and they keep going back to the same place then stopping out of confusion for a little while). Order was restored shortly though.
The hair in the ears needs to be PLUCKED. I am bathing her too much because her head smelled and I thought this was like just food and dog stuff on her head. No it smelled because it was her ears that have a mild infection. (this is what I thought and they cleaned her ears and plucked the fur) *sigh
I have failed as a small dog care giver.
She also weighs just over 5lbs which caused the vet to say she isnt all yorkie which is ok with me, I still love her but she looks like a yorkie, not that it matters either so I dont care.
She didnt like her car ride, she upchucked 2 or 3 times. She came home and went to sleep. We were happy to finally be home.
