I haven't seen a full tail on a Parti but I can't imagine it would look that much different than a Biewer if the dog is in full coat. Some Biewers have thick coats and some have thinner coats so all of their tails don't look the same either. I love the long tail and, contrary to what some believe, it doesn't get in the way of things...if you know what I mean
