I'm sure there were dogs prior to 2007 due to breeder preference. If I'm not mistaken (and I may be), doesn't the standard still include the option of a docked tail? I know that it is illegal to do now, but doesn't the standard there still allow for both? |

To me, it's like saying that active dogs do have a very real problem of tail breakage. One thing I found interesting is that it's not banned or restricted in Ireland.
