I didn't mean to offend you...just creating a confusing mistatement in your claim that they "have never been docked there", when in fact, they have. It's not something that the US decided to take it upon themselves to change...

I'm sure there were dogs prior to 2007 due to breeder preference. If I'm not mistaken (and I may be), doesn't the standard still include the option of a docked tail? I know that it is illegal to do now, but doesn't the standard there still allow for both?
