I didn't mean to imply that a good breeder can't do it as good as the vet, I was just refering to a video I had purchased from someone trying to show how it's done. It was bad, this person obviously has no clue what they were doing and the puppies were quite distressed.
Certainly didn't mean to offend anyone who does dock they own at all! I just know I couldn't do it myself, but wouldn't hesitate to ask a breeder friend with experience to do it for me.
