One of my rescues back leg had been kicked out of the socket...the dog was found wanding around and sent to animal control. He was in there for 3 days before he got rescued from there. When he was taken to the vet is when we found out his leg was completely out of the socket and he never let on. Dogs will hide their pain if they are in survivor mode so please take your little one to be on the safe side to the vet. He might have just hurt the tissue but only a qualified vet could tell you what is really going on.
