I have the same problem with my Pixie, she got use to getting up during the night when my Pom was sick her last couple of years and needed to go out frequently during the night. Now Pixie wakes me up 2-3 times during the night. I have tried ignoring her for up to 30 minutes and then give in and give her a treat so I can go back to sleep. I know the only way to break her is to hold out and ignore her for as long as it takes so that is probably what you will have to do. Good luck.
