Congrats on starting kindergarten soon! That's really exciting. Have you told your husband the many MANY benefits of having a small dog instead of a large one? How about the benefits of a yorkie above most dogs, in general! :-) In our case, I wanted a maltese and my husband insisted on a yorkie, haha! But I love our yorkie and would never go back, ever! Did you know that burglers are more afraid of small dogs than large ones? Yorkies are certainly a big dog in a small dog's body, don't you think?! Yorkies won't eat you out of house and home, lol. They also have very long life-spans! And.....THEY DON'T SHED! La la la la thank God yorkies don't shed! LOL.
